
BOW Valentine’s Pop-Up Shop
A flexible, fully modular pop-up shop designed, produced, and built for the BOW brand, celebrating Valentine’s Day through a colourful yet elegant spatial experience that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
This project involved the concept design, production, and realization of a pop-up shop for BOW, a brand known for its playful, high-quality scented products and strong visual identity. The goal was to translate BOW’s brand language into a physical retail experience that feels inviting, recognizable, and adaptable.
Space and colours
The space was designed around consistency and clarity. Individual display stands were developed for each product category — making kits, scented candles, diffusers, and wax melts — allowing every product group to be presented clearly while still forming a cohesive whole. The color palette of soft blue, gentle pink, and white was carefully selected to align with the brand’s existing products, creating a space that feels vibrant and joyful, yet refined and elegant. The overall concept was tailored to a Valentine’s Day theme, subtly communicated through color, form, and atmosphere rather than overt decoration.
Custumer experience
A key part of the project was the design of the customer experience. In addition to the spatial layout and product presentation, we designed custom balloon flowers that were given to customers as a small gift, extending the brand experience beyond the point of purchase and creating a memorable, emotional touchpoint.
Can be transformed and repainted over and over again
The pop-up system was developed to be highly flexible and sustainable. All elements are modular and adjustable, allowing the space to adapt to different floor sizes and layouts. Both the structures and branding elements can be repainted and reused for future events or seasonal concepts, significantly reducing material waste and production costs.
One hour assembly
The entire pop-up can be assembled in approximately one hour and disassembled just as quickly. All components fit into a single personal car and can be transported and installed by one person, making the system highly efficient and practical for repeated use.
